WHITNEY HAASE, DC

Dr. Whitney Haase was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from Millard West High School and then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While in Lincoln, she developed a love for long-distance trail running and was a member of the Cornhusker Marching Band for four years. She graduated with distinction and honors with a B.S. in psychology. Following undergraduate studies, Whitney moved to Overland Park, Kansas to attend the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Cleveland University-Kansas City. While enrolled at CU-KC, Whitney attended many additional seminars, including Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie Method (MDT), and many courses through the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) and Prague School of Rehabilitation. She is a certified BirthFit Professional and is also certified in Webster Technique and trained in Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. Whitney has an evidence-based approach to chiropractic and a passion for women's health, especially pregnancy and postpartum rehab. NOLAN CLAUSEN, DC

Dr. Nolan Clausen earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic and graduated with honors from Cleveland University-Kansas City in 2019. While at Cleveland, Nolan served as president of Sports Council for two years and was involved in the Motion Palpation and Christian Chiropractic clubs. He spent many weekends traveling throughout the US to attend over 600 hours of continuing education courses while he was a student, and he is excited to bring these clinical skills and tools to provide the best care for his patients.

Nolan is from Ord, a small community in central Nebraska. He graduated from Ord High School and then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. At NWU, he played football for four years and basketball for three, and during collegiate athletics he had many injuries. One sports injury in particular, a herniated lumbar disc, brought him to chiropractic. He learned that through chiropractic with functional rehab and strengthening, he was able to get back on the field and improve his performance.

Nolan married his wife, Darrien, in April 2018 in the Dominican Republic. In 2020, they welcomed their first “human” child into the world — Theo Jane Clausen. Their other two children, Salvy a labradoodle and Ollie a miniature schnauzer are the best big brothers. Nolan and Darrien love staying active, especially through playing sand volleyball, taking their “kids” to the dog park, and hiking. They both look forward to getting involved in the Elkhorn community.
