How many of you have been to a Chiropractor or PT for your pain?
How many of you had success and relief of the pain from the care provided?
Now, how many of you have that same pain come right back in few months, and are stuck in this continuous loop of care that the only answer is more visits or “maintenance care”?
I’m here to tell you there is a better option.
That option... Exercise. I’m not talking about the rehab exercises that are given at the beginning of treatment plans to improve your pain, though those are effective. I’m talking about actual ‘get in the gym, get your heart rate up and sweat a little’ exercise that’s safe for your condition. This can be scary, too. There is fear of re-injuring or exacerbating the pain when entering exercise with a lack of guidance. This is what we call “rehab purgatory.” We believe that the best way to make you resilient to those aches and pains that seem to keep coming back can be through prescribed regular exercise.
Our goal is to get you out of “rehab purgatory.” We will be offering group fitness classes that train safely and in an effective manner that can offer you the best outcomes for your condition.
