βNolan took the time to understand what my issues and goals for recovery were. He tailored a program to get me back to doing the things I enjoy. There was zero pressure, no hard sales pitch, no βletβs take an X-ray and tell you how bad your spine looks.β This is not a rack em and crack em operation. Far more consultative with exercises to do between appointments to fix and maintain gains between appointments.β
βIβve been to chiropractors before but these guys are one of a kind. They are very knowledgeable! They do not just help you feel better for a day then ask you to come back repeatedly to take your money. They educate you on what your body needs to feel better and show you techniques to make you feel better permanently. I highly recommend! You wonβt be disappointed.β
βSince Iβve started the training program, I feel like Iβve got a lot more control of my body. I can feel things I didnβt feel before. My rotation is way better, I have more power. Itβs just been an outstanding experience and training program so far, and I canβt wait to continue.β
βAs a personal trainer, they are the first line of defense when I have a client with an injury or imbalance. They work hard to educate and empower but above all work toward a fix that lasts!β
βKnowledgeable and definitely welcoming. Not just an in and out chiropractor, but takes time to understand the problem. They also use their indoor fitness area to test various ranges of motion.β
βWhitney was an absolute lifesaver during my pregnancy. She helped with all the aches and pains and was genuinely a joy to see! So many chiropractors want you to come in constantly, but these guys really focus on lifestyle changes to help you stay feeling well!β
βI had my son in January 2020, and my labor was long and I had to get two epidurals because the first didnβt work. I experienced moderate to severe pain since my delivery and it continued until l I saw Dr. Whitney in August. I began following her on Facebook in November of 2019 and watched her Facebook live videos educating viewers on posture, prenatal and postnatal exercises. I could trust Dr. Whitney as she knows what I am going through, and she is very easy to talk to. She assessed me and quickly started working on my problem areas. By the end of 8 weeks, I was pain-free, my flare-ups were gone, and my mobility was back. Thank you, Midwest Movement!!β
βI went and saw Whitney for a postpartum rehab! Iβm so excited to get to work with such a knowledgeable person! She also is so sweet! If you are pregnant and or postpartum I would highly recommend going to see her!β
βDr. Whitney Haase was awesome, the sessions were very helpful, and I would definitely recommend.β
βDr. Nolan Clausen was extremely professional. The office looks like itβs set up for Chiropractic care with rooms on one side and the other is a gym for rehabilitation. This was the first time I went to a chiropractor; I always felt that they want you to keep coming back for appointments to make sure you were kept in alignment. Nolan indicated that heβd rather not do that but instead give me the skills/exercises to do it myself. (I have to do some stretches and better breathing). Nolan explained exactly what was going on with my injury and what & why I needed to do my exercises. I was very impressed.β
βI highly recommend Midwest Movement! These chiropractors take the time to educate their patients with proper techniques to greatly improve their quality of life. When searching for a chiropractor, it was so important to me to find someone who cares about the reason behind the movement and how to correct it, rather than seeing me each week for a βquick fix.β I have never felt better since incorporating their methods into my daily life. Thank you!β
βAfter multiple orthopedic surgeries, I went to a chiropractor for the first time for relief of left neck/shoulder pain. The weekly sessions over two months resulted in 100% alleviation of all pain, discomfort, neuralgia, and paresthesia. I never thought Iβd see that result! What great and knowledgeable professionals, they shed a new light on chiropractic!β
βWorked with Dr. Clausen due to some low back pain I was experiencing. He started by giving me 1 simple exercise, 1 simple stretch, and 1 simple breathing exercise to address my problem. On my second visit, he added a few more exercises and stretches that continued to address my discomfort. He then suggested I wait 2 weeks before coming in again due to him not feeling like he needed to see me as frequently. On my third visit, he assessed a handful of things that were problem areas at my first visit. The progress was obvious and we decided I did not need to come back in after that (unless a new problem developed). He did a nice job explaining what and why I was feeling how I felt, which helped me understand and buy into the program he designed for me. Having my needs met and goals accomplished with 3 visits spread out over 1 monthβs time was a huge advantage of working with Dr. Clausen.β
βI was contemplating shoulder surgery and even had a cortisone shot in the joint, and it still hurt. I went to Midwest Movement and my shoulder is so much better after just a single visit. No cost for prescriptions or shots, no side effects or complications, and same day availability!β
βMuch more than a chiropractic experience. I bring my mom in weekly - she previously had a stroke and Dr. Whitney provides great workout sessions to help with maintaining her current level of mobility and function. She has fun and looks forward to going in!β
βNolan and Whitney are not your typical Chiropractors! They put so much more into your treatment to ensure that you are at your best and on your own as soon as possible!β
βThey were amazing in every part of my services. Both doctors are wonderful and make sure that they do everything they can to help you. I highly recommend them if youβre looking to relieve pain and have a good and comfortable conversation while doing it. They always put the patient first.β
