At Midwest Movement, we believe chiropractic care can be more than just helping you when you have pain or are injured.
As musculoskeletal specialists, we can also boost your performance in your sport by improving your movement quality, strength, and power. Weโll help you sync all these components together to produce your best results on the course, field, or court.

From Pain to Performance
Our goal is to never take athletes off of the playing field (unless absolutely necessary.) We have seen many athletes plagued by common injuries that 1.) can be prevented and 2.) can be managed in a way that returns the athlete quickly and safely to the playing field in a timely manner.
Golf Performance
Dr. Nolan is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Level 2 certified. This means that he has equipped himself with the tools to evaluate your golf game through video swing analysis and a golf-specific movement screen.
He believes that there is not one way to swing the club. Each individual has more potential in their swing โ whether itโs through more increasing mobility, strength, power, or timing, or putting it all together.
Move well. Swing well!

Baseball + Softball Performance
There are many factors that go into swinging a bat or pitching. Often times technique can only get us so far, and physical limitations play a major role in determining your performance on the field. We take a specialized approach in correcting mobility limitations, improving strength and power, and developing coordination to get you to the top of your game!
Dr. Nolan is OnBaseU certified.
Our OnBaseU screen includes a video analysis, a baseball/softball-specific movement screen, and a strength and power assessment. Afterwards, weโll give you a report and go over our plan to improve your findings from your screen.
Recovery Sessions
Want to speed up your recovery after workouts? Maybe sore muscles are keeping you from being as active as youโd like?
We offer 15-minute recovery sessions to target tight and sore muscles to improve your recovery and keep you in the game.
Recovery sessions include a combination of cupping, trigger point therapy, muscle release, and tool work (scraping).
Sports Screens
Moving well is vital to keeping athletes on the field injury-free and at their peak performance. We believe that preventative care is better than reactive care. We do treat athletic injuries, but we would rather see you succeed in your sport instead of having to sit out with pain.
One way we can keep you or your child active in their sport is by performing sports screens. By using sports screens with our athletes, we can find and address any major injury risks โ before injury occurs.
When we can help you move more efficiently, we can not only reduce your risk of developing a sports injury, but also optimize your sports performance.
Our sports screens also include strength and power testing so that we can improve your muscular imbalances and performance as a whole.
